1952 COLLEGE OF PACIFIC AT CALIFORNIA, OCTOBER  23, 1952 - John Olszewski 

Cal topped COP 34-13 in their 1952 season opener. Cal went on to win their first five games, climbing to a # 4  National ranking.  A three game losing streak dropped them out of the polls but they rebounded to win their final two games to finish 7-3. The Bears were led by All-American John Olszewski who would go on to two-time NFL Pro Bowl player after being the 4th overall pick by the Chicago Cardinals in the 1953 NFL Draft.
