Original Commodore VIC-20 Postern Ltd. "Snake Pit" Cassette Game

Here for sale is one Ultra Rare!! Original Cased Postern Ltd. "Snake Pit" Vintage 1982/83 Commodore VIC-20 Cassette in Fully Tested Working Order/Condition and remains cosmetically Very Good overall but sadly is missing the Original Inlay Card (Nothing else is included within this sale).

Internet Extract "Before he made his name with the epic Lords Of Midnight, Mike Singleton created several sweet Vic 20 titles. There was Shadowfax, a galloping, graphical tour de force; the relentless stone throwing of Siege; and the ambitious 3-Deep Space, which entailed donning a pair of red-and-blue cellophane glasses to experience the third dimension, and almost ruined his pattern of only releasing games beginning with the letter ‘S’."

This Cassette Game requires No Memory Expansion and runs on Any Un-Expanded VIC-20 Computer

Pictures within this listing show the Actual Cassette/Case you are about to purchase with several images to show the actual Game loading on my personal Setup with some additional images showing both the Introduction Screen and the some of the Game-Play. This has been done simply to offer my personal assurance to you that this game has been recently tested and the images declare that this is indeed the case.

This Vintage Cassette tape has been tested on my own Personal VIC-20 Computer System and was tested with one Original Vintage Used 1530 Datassette (Model C2N) Player and also with a similar New (Old Stock) Datassette Player (see pics) and found to be in working order. Game has been tested working on both sides. Region: PAL (UK)

Aesthetically the condition of the actual Game Cassette itself is Extremely Good overall. Black plastic cassette housing/surround remains in Extremely Good overall cosmetic condition with a minor amount of surface marks/scratches/wear applied throughout. The "Game Labels" applied to either side remain in Extremely Good overall cosmetic condition with exception to a "Sticky Label" applied to one side but the remainder only exhibits very minor marks/scratches/wear present and no noticeable peeling or lifting but perhaps may exhibit some minor bubbling/rippling under the label to either side. There will be various marks/scratches throughout from prior usage but this is to be expected on most used vintage games of this age. Please study the pictures carefully to see the exact item you shall receive.

The Original Cassette Case is included in Poor overall cosmetic condition with some evident damage applied. It has some evident surface markings/wear/scratches and some noticeable fracture/cracks applied throughout the clear plastic surround. The Black plastic spooled backing is perfectly latched in extremely good cosmetic condition with no damage and only minor surface wear/tear applied.

NO Inlay Card or Instructions are included within this sale.

I also expect the item to come back in the exact condition it was sold to you in. I also expect that the cassette has Not been opened/tampered with under any circumstances prior to the return.

Please remember that eBay charges sellers 10% commission on postage in addition to the 10% that already applies on selling fees. Additionally sellers are also charged commission at 4% for using PayPal as this is a separate company. Therefore Any postage price reflects not just the cost of the postage stated on the box label but it also incurs any materials/packaging used and the commission charged as mentioned prior.
