TO COMPLETE YOUR ORDER WE NEED THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:
THE NAME FOR THE FRONT ie TEACHER, ASSISTANT, FRIEND etc..
and a personalised message for the back
(i do not send them out without who they are from)
so please make sure you add this or your order will be cancelled
