Tutte le nostre camicie vengono realizzate al momento secondo le esigenze del cliente. I tempi di confezionamento delle nostre camicie è di 10/15 giorni lavorativi.
Confezionata la camicia entro i tempi previsti sarà spedita in tutta Italia senza costi aggiuntivi con corriere espresso in 24/48 ore, per ordini effettuati dal lunedì al venerdì.
Le consegne avvengono in orario d'ufficio dal lunedì al venerdì, ad esclusione dei giorni festivi. Per ordini processati nei giorni di venerdì sera, sabato e domenica, o nei giorni festivi, la spedizione avverrà nel primo giorno utile di consegna.
Per Basilicata, Campania, Calabria, Puglia, le isole e le località disagiate, la consegna potrebbe richiedere da uno a due giorni aggiuntivi. Saranno fatti 2 tentativi di consegna.
In caso di mancata consegna al primo tentativo per assenza del destinatario all'indirizzo specificato, il corriere lascerà un avviso al cliente con tracking number e numero di telefono per concordare un appuntamento di consegna.In caso di impossibilità nell'eseguire la seconda consegna anche nel giorno concordato, per assenza del destinatario, la spedizione andrà in giacenza presso il deposito del corriere e le spese di giacenza saranno a carico del destinatario.
La spedizione è gratuita non rispondiamo di smarrimenti o danneggiamenti del pacco tutti i nostri pacchi sono tracciati.

Non possono esercitare il diritto di recesso i clienti che acquistano con Partita IVA e coloro che acquistano beni personalizzati.
Una volta avviata la procedura di restituzione ebay, il cliente dovrà, a proprie spese, rispedire i prodotti acquistati al indirizzo che noi comunicheremo.
Il riaccredito della somma versata per l'acquisto del bene reso (a esclusione di tutte le spese di spedizione) sarà effettuato entro i 5 giorni lavorativi successivi dal momento che riceviamo la merce resa e dopo aver controllato il prodotto.

International deliveries are handled by FEDEX and UPS.
Every parcel is insured against theft and accidental damage.
Upon receipt of shipping and written acknowledgement, this insurance coverage ceases to exist.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE CANNOT DELIVER TO POST OFFICE BOXES.
We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, with the exception of bank holidays.
Orders placed on Friday night, Saturday, Sunday or on public holidays, will be processed and shipped the next working day.

The courier makes two attempts to deliver a package.If the customer is absent during the first delivery attempt, the courier will leave him a notice with the tracking number and the telephone number, in order to fix the next delivery.
If the customer is still absent during the second delivery attempt, the parcel will be sent to the courier's warehouse and the expenses will paid by the customer.

If you pay with PayPal, the order will be shipped EXCLUSIVELY to the address that we find on your PayPal account.
If you use another payment method, you should inform us about the address of delivery, if it is different from the one entered on Ebay.

The name of the addressee written on the parcel must be the same of the one written on the doorbell at which the package will be delivered.
While entering your shipping data, please be sure to also enter your telephone number, in order to let the courier call you in case of problems during the delivery of the parcel.
Even if we only use long experienced couriers, we are not responsible for delays or problems due to force majeure.

Who pays for customs?

International Buyers (out the European Union ) - Please Note: we ship from Italy.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
To ship will be needed your phone number. If it is not included on your eBay account provide it on payment note otherwise shipping will delay.

If you are not satisfied about your order, you can return in 14 days from the delivery through the return process of ebay.
