Returns Policy

• We offer a 14 day return policy from time you received your order.

• All packages must be unopened/unused/untested and return in new condition. 
  
• Buyers are responsible for all return shipping cost.
• Any damage during shipment or if the package arrives not in its original state then a partial refund will apply or we can send the item back to you.

 

Package Handling

• Shipments are processed and mailed out only on weekdays Monday –Friday. 

• We use USPS First Class, Priority, or UPS.  Depending on product.

• We offer a 1 day handling time base on the date when order is paid.

• Once your order is confirmed for shipment, a tracking number will automatically be uploaded in your account. 

• Please note any holidays will cause delay in shipment

• For International orders please allow 2-4 weeks of shipping time.
