Payment:
Payment to be made at time of purchase. No goods will be dispatched prior to payment. Payment should be made by: PAYPAL, Bank Credit Transfer, Credit or Debit Cards.

Please be advised that all goods will be delivered to the address of the registered account holder of the payment method used.

Payment via PAYPAL and bank will speed up transaction. Postal Orders are also accepted but will delay delivery, as this need to clear prior to despatch.

Our payment cut-off time is from 8.00 (Monday-Friday) any payment made after 8 am and on weekends will be classed and processed at next working day. 

SHIPPING:

We despatch items every day, Monday through Friday (excluding weekends, bank  holidays and other British national holiday days). All items are priority securely packed labelled and we endeavour to post within 1 working day (Mon-Fri) of payment being received.   

We use most reputable courier services for all UK and international destinations. A signature may be required on delivery for most items. We cannot guarantee any delivery times unless you choose a timed priority service on checkout (Special Delivery). Please allow extra days for bulky and larger items as there would be couriered through pallet courier service.

We offer free shipping only to UK Mainland only. For all other areas such as UK Offshores, Highlanders, & Channel Islands and for all international worldwide shipping, please email to confirm shipping costs before purchasing if unsure. Quotes for all other locations are available on request. All Orders are securely packed labelled and are dispatched

We always use traceable services; tracking information is available upon request. 
Working days are Monday - Friday and exclude Weekend and Public Bank holiday. 
Items should be delivered in 3-7 working days in most cases.

RETURNS & REFUNDS: 

Net Shopping.com hopes you'll be happy with your order and will do our best to rectify any concerns or after sale queries.

If the item carries a manufactures fault (this only applies to item we advertised as "NEW"), a full refund will be given if the problem cannot be rectified by other means

We are happy to replace the item, which is found to be damaged on arrival or not according to our listing. 

Returning item must be notified to us within 7 days and should reach us within 14 days from the date of receipt. 

Items must be returned in their original packaging and accessories. These items must be returned to us unused with original packaging intact and in a saleable condition.

It is buyer's responsibility to pay for the returning postage in any circumstances. 
Kindly include your copy purchase details with the package when returning the item. 

Refund of purchase price less a 20% restocking fee will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made for non-faulty goods. 

In the case of free Postage & Packaging another between £12.99-£99.99 will also be deducted to cover delivery costs.

We have an honest common sense approach to any problem - if your item arrives damaged, develops a fault or doesn't even arrive we'll replace/refund it - the choice is yours. 

The buyer remains responsible for any returned items until they reach Net Shopping.com return' warehouse. Returned items have to be received by Net Shopping.com prior to a refund being given.

PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ITEMS WE ADVERTISED AS USED AND UNTESTED.

All goods purchased via fixed price “Buy It Now” listings are covered by our 14 Day Money Back Guarantee: - Any item purchased from ourselves may be returned to our UK address within 14 days of delivery for a refund. All returns must be pre-agreed.
