Vintage Japanese lacquer serving set in display box, includes a large 8" low bowl and five -  5" plates. There are 4 appetizer picks (missing the fifth one) and a set of decorative chopsticks displayed in the sides of the box. The pieces are a rich burgundy red lacquer featuring hand painted shrimp that are embellished with abalone. Each piece is signed by the artist.
