We accept PayPal payments; we can also accept Debit/Credit Cards etc through PayPal.

We will always aim to send items as soon as we can, but reserve the right to take up to 3 working days to dispatch an item, once dispatched your items should arrive within 2 working days.

Items are sent to the address attached to your eBay profile.

Once you receive your parcel you have 30 days to examine the item. If you decide that you would prefer to return it to us, please use "eBay managed returns process" (your eBay username must be placed within the returned items packaging), we will then send you a full refund for the goods upon receiving the item, provided it is in its original packaging, this includes the plastic bags on food items to prove the item has not been tampered with.

The buyer is responsible for the return costs of the item and should keep a proof of posting the item to us; we would recommend doing a tracked service.
