We are happy to accept returns for almost any reason, as long as the item is in the same condition as when it left here.  This also means that if you are buying genuine gold jewellery with gems, you have the time to have your item checked by a registered jeweller, or by a gem laboratory if you wish, if we do not have a suitable certificate already. We will supply a Certificate of Authenticity on request, if no laboratory certificate exists, however you may still want to have your item checked for peace of mind.

Everything is solid gold, or platinum and all gems and diamonds are absolutely natural, genuine and earth mined.  Diamonds are never clarity enhanced or treated.  Some gems are heated, as is customary with particular types of gemstones in order to bring out their colour.  This is true of tanzanite, which requires heat in order to bring out the rich blue.

If an item has been damaged in transit, you can rest assured that it has been insured.  There are steps for you to follow so we can claim the insurance to reimburse you, so please let us know the minute you open the parcel.  We pack our parcels very carefully and have had no damage to date.

There are only four reasons why you would not be eligible for a refund:

1.   If the item has been altered from the original item sent to you

2.   If the item is damaged after it has been delivered to you

3.   If the item has been damaged in transit and the buyer is not co-operative in supplying photos and a description of how the goods arrived to you.  We can only reimburse you when the carrier has accepted responsibility for any damage, which means we will need many photos and a description to supply to them.  We need to report to the carrier so that they accept responsibility for the damage, otherwise no refund can be forthcoming

4.  If your item attracts customs duties, or fees and you refuse to pay them.  The goods will not be released to you until that happens and we will not reimburse you for not paying the customs fees
