If you overpay you will be refunded any excess postage. All bits orders ship in tough cardboard mailer boxes, these fit though your post box but are crush proof to ensure your bits arrive in perfect condition. All our postal packaging is plastic free & plant based, 100% recycled material and can be popped straight in your recycling bin. Free stickers with every order (subject to availability)

UK Shipping

• UK bits Orders ship with Royal Mail. Postage is automatically combined at checkout. 

• We dispatch orders every day for super quick delivery, even on Sundays.

• UK orders over £25 are upgraded to Free Postage automatically.

International Shipping

• We ship bits orders internationally at flat rates depending on location.

• We also ship via the Ebay Global Shipping Programme. 

• Other items (eg. heavy books, whole kits, large sprues) may cost more, contact us for a quote.

• To purchase via Ebay, add all the items you want to your basket then "go to checkout" and purchase, but don’t pay, I will send you a revised invoice for the total. 

• We ship from Northern Ireland, which is treated as a member of the customs union, so there are no forms, declarations or tariffs to worry about on EU orders.

• If you want to return all or part of your order just let us know by message or use the details included in your parcel

• You can return all or part of your order for 30 days from the date of delivery
