Doric /Feather covered
butter McKee Glass Co. Jeannette, PA circa 1896-1901. EAPG The glass is clear
and any colors you see in the photographs are reflections from indoors where I
photographed the pieces. The glass has
the mold marks and straw marks and bubbles common in this era of glassware. Three-part mold and color and clarity are excellent.
Minor mold roughness on lid perimeter and interior and one small flat chip on
interior rim. The base has mold roughness and extra glass around the perimeter,
and in the extra glass there are several small chips. Impression from the mold
is crisp and color and clarity are very nice. Flange is in very nice condition.
