I usually offer USPS economy shipping first with the option to get it faster.  I try to ship same day or next business day that payment is received. Please email me with any questions regarding shipping. 

Returns:

Please contact me within 30 days if there is a problem so we can work out a solution. Please do not just return item without my approval.  I always aim to please my customers. Any item returned must be in same condition as I shipped it.  I cannot refund expensive international shipping - please email me if you have questions.  I will refund only domestic shipping if item was misrepresented. My goal is your satisfaction.
