Rubber bung at the top and a removable screw base for sliding the pole over your stake 

Although there is not an actual miles per hour wind rating for our flagpoles we advise that you stay cautious when wind speeds reach 15-20 mph. If speeds exceed 20 mph it is suggested that you lower the flagpole or completely take down the pole.

The flag pole must only be supported by a stake, it must not be attached to anything as this will restrict movement of the pole and wont allow it to bend in the wind.
