This Beautiful Cobalt Blue Glass Perfume bottle was handcrafted for Silvestri.  Made in Taiwan. The Silver Plate shows floral with dragonflies.  Has a metal top.  Needs polishing.  Light scratch mark on 1 corner and very small nick on the bottom.  SEE ALL PICTURES
