This is a SteelPod, manufactured in the UK. We install these on your driveway in around 2 hours, or you can have yours fitted in our workshop near Chichester.
If you haven't seen these before, we are big in the world of VW's because the SteelPod has a clever sliding bed, so people are installing these as an alternative to the usual campervan furniture. And why not - they will outlive your van and look awesome.
If you're looking for a system for WORK, then you've love the two locking steel drawers. They are strength tested to carry over 200kg (each!) and have aluminium checkerplate bottoms to keep it light weight. The sliding bed is also handy for carrying long items such as ladders or planks of wood.
If you're looking for something for the WEEKEND and HOLIDAYS, then gosh there's too many things to list. To give an idea of size, your biggest christmas supermaket shop will easily fit the bottom sliding drawer, so there's loads of room for all your luggage. Loads of our customers use the top drawer as their kitchen and put a gas stove in it (very easy). The There's loads of photos if you find us on social media. The 3/4 width bed is super comfy and there are slim worktops on both sides (with cubby storage areas underneath) so you have somewhere for your PJ's, books, morning cuppa etc. It also saves you a fortune because you get to keep your rear seats (so you don't need to buy a rock n roll bed, cupboards etc), you don't need a poptop because your cooking outside and the SteelPod is designed to last. We give it a 5-year warranty.
If you want to see it in action, we attend loads of VW shows such as CamperJam, BusFest, Dubsatthecastle, BeachDubbin, Dubtoberfest etc.... We also travel all over the UK or can do you an online demo via facetime or whatsapp.
The SteelPod is £3950 in a stand dark colour, plus £350 for a mattress. Our prices include VAT and fitting, but there might be a delivery charge if we come to you.
