RARE h. Naoto Frill Music Skirt.

New with Tags, never worn.

The Skirt fits a comfortable waist range of about 24" to 27". 28" would probably fit but it might not be as comfortable. Length top to bottom is 23”.

Has a tie back (these can be removed) and layers of chiffon and crochet- has a crinoline and satin underskirt. Features a music-print pattern and tones of gray and black.
