The phrase "Good evening, we are from Ukraine!" became iconic in 2022, and for a reason. It is featured in Ukrainian hits and is heard on air.
It is used by journalists, officials and the military.
The Ukrainian people have selected this phrase from among the five topics of the next Ukrainian wartime postage stamp.
In the open competition for the best sketch for the postage stamp "Good Evening, We Are From Ukraine!", for which 1,500 creative works were submitted, the illustration by Anastasiia Bondarets was the undisputed winner. Almost 900,000 people took part in the voting. According to the author, her work shows the Ukrainian people’s ingenuity and willingness to do everything they can to bring the victory closer.
The set includes a sheet of six postage stamps "Good Evening, We Are From Ukraine!" with the face value “W”, a sheet of six postage stamps "Good Evening, We Are From Ukraine!" with the face value “M”, and a First Day Cover with a postage stamp and a special postmark.
