We kindly ask you to check details thoroughly, particularly spellings of names as the information I receive will be printed on the cards.

All cards are posted within 5 working days of details being received and cleared payment. (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Dispatch times and delivery estimates only apply if we have received your complete finalised wording at the time of ordering.

In the unlikely event that your order is delayed in the post we will not be able to refund or compensate you for the delay/inconvenience – our best advice is to order ASAP with plenty of time to spare.

All items are delivered Royal Mail 2nd Class (with proof of postage) within the UK
