An ex-libris (Latin for “from the books” (or “library”) of"'), also known as a bookplate is a decorative label pasted into a book, often on the front endpaper, to indicate ownership. The earliest example of printed ex-libris date from 15th century Germany but they peaked in usage and popularity in the latter half of the 19th and early 20th centuries. Developments in printing processes facilitated and cheapened the reproduction of beautiful and elaborate designs which no doubt helped to popularize the bookplate and the number of collectors with a frenzy for exchange exploded.

MATERIALS:
80GSM High quality self-adhesive sticker paper. Simply peel and stick! 

SIZE:

PLEASE SEND A MESSAGE WHEN YOU MAKE YOUR PURCHASE with the name you wish to appear on the labels and your choice of paper colour (white or kraft brown). 

Some fonts used are only available in upper case. Name will appear in the case shown in the example images. Depending on the length of the required name it may appear smaller than the “YOUR NAME” text shown in the examples.
