DOCTOR WHO RECONSTRUCTED FURY FROM THE DEEP BBC RADIO COLLECTION AUDIO CD DELETED!

There are ninety-seven episodes of Doctor Who still missing from the BBC television archives. Of these episodes only two elements survive, off-air sound recordings and off-screen 'telesnaps' taken by John Cura showing images from the lost films. BBC Audio released the off-air recorded soundtracks of all the missing episodes augmented with linking narration by a member of the original cast.

Patrick Troughton battles to save humanity from weed creatures invading from North Sea gas pipelines in this exclusive recording of a classic lost BBC television adventure.

The TARDIS brings the Doctor, Jamie and Victoria to the south coast of present-day Britain. Something nasty is lurking in the gas pipelines of the North Sea, and before too long a nearby gas refinery is under attack! Can that really be a heartbeat coming from deep inside the refinery pipes? Will the Doctor and his friend be in time to prevent an entire takeover of Earth - and will they all escape with their lives?

Released in 2004, Frazer Hines, who plays Jamie in the story, narrates this classic story from 1968 of which all but a handful of clips is now missing from the television archives. Before the recent animations, this CD from BBC Audio was one of the only ways to recapture the experience of these 1960s classics.

CD, booklet and case are all in near mint condition and it has only been played once since I bought it.
