How to provide the personalisation details:
1. Order your personalised product via Ebay
2. For each personalised item you have ordered, simply send us a message via eBay with the following details for each item:
a) Item (eg: Personalised Velvet Santa Sack)
b) Name (maximum of 10 characters)
c) Text Style (See image swatch for Style Options 1 - 6).
d) Personalisation Colour (See image for colour swatch, if not specified will be at artists discretion)
e) Any Special Instructions (if not specified the personalisation colour, positioning and embellishments will be at artist's discretion unless specified here)

Weight: Lightweight, yet durable, and easy to place.

Packaging: Packaged with care to ensure item and glitter calligraphy is protected and arrives safely to you.

Care: Indoor use only. Store with care. Do not wet glitter calligraphy or bend excessively.

Please note: Not all items in our ebay store can be personalised. Baubles, stockings, sacks, plaques and some ornaments can be personalised. If the item shown in the photos has a personalised name or message, then we can personalise with your name or message. Our vinyl lettering is done by hand, just for you, by our talented artists.

SHIPPING
Australia Wide Flat Rate Shipping
We charge one of two flat rates for shipping anywhere in Australia;
1. For orders of one or more of the same standard item it is AU$12.95
2. For orders of one or more of bulky or heavy items, OR orders with two or more different items it is AU$16.95

Standard items include, baubles, stockings, sacks, decorations and most craft items.
Bulky items include wreaths, garlands, trees and some ornaments.

The Christmas Cart Shipping Notification email is your confirmation that your parcel has been dispatched from The Christmas Cart Studio. It also contains your Tracking Number.

100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
You are important to us. To ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase from The Christmas Cart we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
We will replace items if:
1. They arrive broken, damaged or not working*, or we have made a mistake with personalisation**
2. The items are not as shown on ebay or we have shipped the wrong items.

*We pack all our baubles and decorations with care and love but sometimes that is not enough. If any part of your order arrives broken or damaged please take a photo and send us a message with your order number and we will resend new items at no charge.
**Goods that are ordered incorrectly will not be refunded. It is your responsibility to ensure all text and order details are correct. Please check spelling carefully as we write exactly what you have provided. We do not take responsibility for your omissions or errors. Spelling and punctuation checks are your responsibility. If however you do notice an error, please contact us immediately, if the order has yet to be processed we will make any necessary changes.

CHANGE OF MIND
If you change your mind prior to the product order being completed and despatched, or prior to any personalisation having been completed, please contact us, and if possible we will cancel your order. Cancellations will only be accepted by email.

DELIVERY DOESN'T ARRIVE
Should our delivery not reach you within two weeks of it leaving our warehouse we will investigate with our partners to try and resolve the issue.

What types of payment methods do you accept?

What is Flat Rate Delivery?
We charge a fixed flat rate amount to ship your order any where in Australia - no matter how much you order. So take advantage and buy all your gifts and decorations at once. (Excludes corporate orders)

I have bought several items from you and have been multiple times for shipping?
When ordering your products make sure you Add to Cart NOT Buy it Now. Our flat rate shipping rate will be applied to your cart.

What is a bulky/heavy item?
Products that are large or heavy have a $4 shipping surcharge. Items considered to be bulky/heavy are wreaths, garlands, trees and some ornaments.

Where are your items shipped from?
Our warehouse and studio are located in Picton NSW, south-west Sydney, Australia.

Do you offer store pick-up?
Currently we do not offer pick-up option on ebay purchases.

How long does it take to deliver?
As the majority of our gifts and keepsakes require personalisation we require time to allow our talented artists to hand write in glitter calligraphy. We endeavour for all orders to leave our warehouse within 5 days. During our busiest time of year, in November and December, we may need to extend the timeframe for personalised items leaving our warehouse. We appreciate your patience during this time and will notify you as soon as your order has been shipped.

Do you deliver overseas?
We can send goods in any country that is within Australia Posts International network. Our international orders are sent using Australia Post International Air Mail service.

Can I specify exactly when and where I want my package dropped off?
Australia Post only delivers to street mail boxes and PO Boxes. Unfortunately, we cannot instruct them to deliver your items anywhere else on your property or tell them what time to make your delivery. You are welcome to have your order delivered to your workplace if you would prefer.

Due to the high volume of orders we receive over the Christmas period we advise that you place your order as far in advance as possible. Feel free to contact us if you would more information.
