If the item shown in the photos has a name or message in glitter calligraphy then we can personalise with your name or message. Our glitter calligraphy is done by hand, just for you, by our talented artists.

Australia Wide Flat Rate Shipping
We charge one of two flat rates for shipping anywhere in Australia;
1. For orders of one or more of the same standard item it is AU$12.95
2. For orders of one or more of bulky or heavy items, OR orders with two or more different items it is AU$16.95

Standard items include, baubles, stockings, sacks, decorations and most craft items.
Bulky items include wreaths, garlands, trees and some ornaments.

We use either Fastway Couriers or Australia Post Parcel Post for delivery of all orders being posted within Australia and International Air Mail with Australia Post for orders being sent to countries outside of Australia.

The Christmas Cart Shipping Notification email is your confirmation that your parcel has been dispatched from The Christmas Cart Studio. It also contains your Tracking Number.

As the majority of our gifts and keepsakes require personalisation we require time to allow our talented artists to hand write in glitter calligraphy. We endeavour for all personalised orders to leave our studio within 5 business days. If you have NO personalised items in your cart we endeavour for your order to leave our studio within 2 business days.

We will replace items if:
1. They arrive broken, damaged or not working*, or we have made a mistake with calligraphy.**
2. The items are not as shown on ebay or we have shipped the wrong items.

*We pack all our baubles and decorations with care and love but sometimes that is not enough. If any part of your order arrives broken or damaged please take a photo and send us a message with your order number and we will resend new items at no charge.
**Goods that are ordered incorrectly will not be refunded. It is your responsibility to ensure all text and order details are correct. Please check spelling carefully as we write exactly what you have provided. We do not take responsibility for your omissions or errors. Spelling and punctuation checks are your responsibility. If however you do notice an error, please contact us immediately, if the order has yet to be processed we will make any necessary changes.

REFUNDS
We offer a 30 day refund policy if the product you have received is not as shown on ebay. Items must be returned within 30 days in their original packaging, unused and undamaged. Prior authorisation must be obtained before returning any goods. We will arrange postage back to us and resend the correct item or issue a refund.

CHANGE OF MIND
If you change your mind prior to the product order being completed and despatched, or prior to any personalisation having been completed, please contact us, and if possible we will cancel your order. Cancellations will only be accepted by email.

DELIVERY DOESN'T ARRIVE
We use either Fastway Couriers or Australia Post Parcel Post for delivery of all orders being posted within Australia and International Air Mail with Australia Post for orders being sent to countries outside of Australia.
Should our delivery not reach you within two weeks of it leaving our warehouse we will investigate with our partners to try and resolve the issue.

What is Flat Rate Delivery?
We charge a fixed flat rate amount to ship your order any where in Australia - no matter how much you order. So take advantage and buy all your gifts and decorations at once. (Excludes corporate orders)

I have bought several items from you and have been multiple times for shipping?
When ordering your products make sure you Add to Cart NOT Buy it Now. Our flat rate shipping rate will be applied to your cart.

What is a bulky/heavy item?
Products that are large or heavy have a $4 shipping surcharge. Items considered to be bulky/heavy are wreaths, garlands, trees and some ornaments.

Where are your items shipped from?
Our warehouse and studio are located in Ingleburn NSW, south-west Sydney, Australia.

Do you offer store pick-up?
Currently we do not offer pick-up option on ebay purchases.

How long does it take to deliver?
As the majority of our gifts and keepsakes require personalisation we require time to allow our talented artists to hand write in glitter calligraphy. We endeavour for all orders to leave our warehouse within 5 days. During our busiest time of year, in November and December, we may need to extend the timeframe for personalised items leaving our warehouse. We appreciate your patience during this time and will notify you as soon as your order has been shipped.

For Australian orders, our delivery is subject to Australia Post and Fastway Couriers delivery schedules. The Christmas Cart Shipping Notification email is your confirmation that your parcel has been dispatched from The Christmas Cart Studio in Sydney. It also contains your Tracking Number.

What method of delivery do you use?
We use Australia Post and Fastway Courier for delivery of orders being posted within Australia and International Air Mail for overseas deliveries.

Do you deliver overseas?
We can send goods in any country that is within Australia Posts International network. Our international orders are sent using Australia Post International Air Mail service.

Can I specify exactly when and where I want my package dropped off?
Australia Post only delivers to street mail boxes and PO Boxes. Unfortunately, we cannot instruct them to deliver your items anywhere else on your property or tell them what time to make your delivery. You are welcome to have your order delivered to your workplace if you would prefer.

How far in advance should I place my order for Christmas?
Due to the high volume of orders we receive over the Christmas period we advise that you place your order as far in advance as possible. Feel free to contact us if you would more information.

How do I place an order for more than 10 personalised baubles?
For easy ordering of large quantities call us on 1300 72 47 10 or send us a message and we will email you a spreadsheet to complete for the personalisation details.

What happens if I give the incorrect details for personalised items?

What glitter colour can I have?
We have a range of glitter colours including silver, gold, red, purple, green, blue, baby pink, baby blue and hot pink, black and chocolate. Glitter colour will be at artist's discretion unless otherwise stipulated in your message.

What can I write on my bauble?
On a 6cm and 8cm bauble you can write a name up to 10 characters.
On a 10cm bauble you can write a message up to 20 characters.
As standard we write the year on the back.

What embellishments can I have on my bauble?
As standard we add stars and dots around the name.
How do you measure your baubles?
The bauble size indicates the diameter of the bauble.
