This is for  Brand New in the Original Package INDIANAPOLIS MOTOR SPEEDWAY DISPLAY PLATE. It looks to be for some sort of Lego Toy Set but just not sure. It is 15 inches long by 5 1/2 inches wide. Please look at the pics
