Warranties

All our instruments have a life time warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, Any product which proves to be defective will be repaired or replaced  free of charge. 

Delivery / Shipping:

Orders placed prior to 2:00pm, we will usually ship on the same day.  Items are shipped via Royal Mail.

Delivery times

      ·        United Kingdom: We aim to dispatch within 1 working day and aim for delivery to you within 2-3 working days from the day you place your order.

            **Most of our customers receive their products very next day by paying only standard postage charges.**

      ·        EU countries: We aim to dispatch item from within 1 working day and aim for delivery to you within 3-8 working days from the day you place your order

      ·        Other Delivery Locations: We aim to dispatch item same working day and aim for delivery to you within 2-3 working days from the day you place your order.

Returns Policy:

•            All items within Product Warranty can be returned for either a refund or for a replacement of the same item or another similar product.
•       Once you ship returned goods, please note the returned item must be with original packing.
•       For all returned packages, full refund will be credited within 1 business days if the package in original packing.
•       For all returned packages with no quality problems, Tisla will deduct the original shipping freight from full refund.
•       For all packages outside of 30 days return policy, only partial refund will be credited.
