As the title states, for sale is a Dual Tone Multi Frequency Test Set by Safetran System Corp. It was built in 1988 and used to test railroad track signals and switches. It may have originally been mounted in a case.

It has some cosmetic wear to the faceplate and again DOES NOT TURN ON WHEN PLUGGED IN.
