Women's Vintage 1970's hairband. Double firm wire rim covered with netting with width 3.50 cm, length 29.00 cm. Chiffon embellished ends with chiffon bow. Good condition - never used. Was washed and some rust marks on edge of rim-this could be hidden with new edge.
