If you are not completely satisfied with this product please contact us within 7 days of the date you received your purchase. Defective item can be exchanged for the same item. You must notify us within 7 days from delivery date if the item is defective. Defective items must be returned in its original condition. Used and opened items are not accepted for return or exchange unless defective. The customer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost incurred by the action of refusing the delivery. Return postage and insurance charge is non-refundable for return/exchange.
