This is a vintage Royal Albert fine China old country roses Budvase. It does have 33 dimensional porcelain roses it is in perfect condition and measure 6 1/2 inches tall the base has a diameter of 2 1/4 inches and the top of the vase has a diameter of 1 3/4 of an inch
