is ideal if you need to keep a record of any pupil behaviour incidents. 
With 2 tear out top copies it is perfect for giving copies to the relevant people while you retain a copy in the book. 
With space to record pupil name, form, date, time, lesson list of possible incidents, 
room to write detail of incident and space to log action taken.
At a handy size of A5 which is 210mm x 148mm. 
Easy to use as the top & middle copy is perforated for easy removal whilst the bottom copy remains in the book. 
It is stitched and bound with tape on the left for a traditional finish. 
All books come as 50 sets with a loose leaf writing shield.
