In the event we agree to a return the following conditions should apply:

If the item is damage upon shipment you will need to take pics and send them to us. Once we receive them and approve your claim, we will send you an authorization to ship back. Do not ship the item back to us without such authorization.

You must keep all the shipping and packaging material as we will need them for our claim.

 

The buyer pays for all shipping and handling charges to send the item to us. Our shipping cost is not refundable and the cost to ship the item back to us, including shipping and handling are not refundable.
