It works -you pull the leash and it wiggles/walks and little jingle bell jingles. Leash has a repair with twisty wire and previous owner added some sort of tape around collar. Dog measures approximately 9" tall. Made of a sturdy metal with squeezable rubber face. Smoke free home.
