Octavo, 440 pages, with illustrations, plus 120-page Appendix.  Full calf covers with spine repaired in brown cloth.  Contains plan for Canal Seneca Lake to Tioga River (Creek), plus index.    Rear cover has been reattached and while strong and serviceable, it overhangs fore edge by 1/4".  Old owner's name (Whitehead Fish) in red leather on front cover.  Strong, copy with toned contents.  Good condition.
