This is a Wonderful, Vintage SNOOPY GRAM FIGURE, WORLD'S GREATEST WEIGHT WATCHER, By Aviva, 1971 Mint in Original Box. 

It is approx. 4 3/4" tall.

The only reason that I do not consider this New In Box is because there are names in the From & To  sections on the front of the box.  Someone tried to remove the names, but they are there!  It is in its original cardboard packing materials.  The paint is factory fresh.

This is an outstanding example of a Snoopy "Trophy" Figure.
