This replacement remote has a 90 degree angled 5 pin round connector that plugs directly into the motor. The 3 prong quick disconnect extension cord in the pocket on the original 11560 and 11560U have been discontinued and replaced with this model that now plugs directly into the motor instead of the quick disconnect extension cord. This hand control is commonly used on Med-Lift, Best Home Furnishings, La-Z-Boy, Golden, Ultra Comfort, Palliser, and many other lift chairs and power reclining home theater chairs.
