Currently
and until further notice – I can ship from within the US – handling
time of 20 business days - as I am located in Canada but can arrange with a
shipper to originate once per month from within the US. As that gap lessens,
handling time will shorten.

Offered
here is a - Vintage - Matching-Pair
of Crystal-Clear Glass, Hexagonal-Pedestal Salt and Pepper Shakers - with perforated and threaded Glass-Tops - in MOST-EXCELLENT, barely-gently-used condition.
ALL
glass surfaces are super Highly-GLOSSY, shiny, and clean. There are NO obvious cracks, nor chips - there are a couple tiny flea-bites on the hex foot of one shaker, a couple rough specks on the angular edges; no hazing,
stains nor marking. Threads are in excellent condition.
The glass is crystal-clear, thick and heavy. The capped Shakers have an elegant form - rounded perforated tops, tapering-out nicely to meet the paneled upper section of each Shaker; arching-tapering down+outwards to form the more-weighted bulbous body-section; cutting inwards then out to the hexagonal-form subtle pedestal foot - the hexagonal-edges align with the body's vertical panels. The vertical panels alternate between smooth and horizontally-ribbed panels (upper arched portion) - lower bulbous portion and base are all smooth. All of this detailing catches light well.
The Bottle-Threads and Cap-Threads secure smoothly & tight. There are the same number of perforations at the top of each cap - the perforation size of one cap is slightly larger than on the other cap.
Each Shaker-Bottle
measures - ~3 3/4 - 4" in height-capped, 3 1/4" in height alone; 1 1/2" in diameter across the base flat edges, 1 3/4" in diameter across the base points; 5/8" in diameter across the threads. Each Cap measures 5/8" in height.
SOME INTERESTING INFORMATION –
Salt & Pepper Shakers –
During this era – tables were set for regular family meals - breakfast, lunch, and dinner were most often had at home.
Accessories were available to keep useful dining-related needs at hand. Salt and pepper shakers were often accompanied by a similar open shaker - marked "picks" for toothpicks. Napkin holders; milk, cream, and sugar sets; oil and vinegar cruets were also typically available.

All Blankets are washed in Wool-Safe Laundry
Detergent; dried on warm heat, until dry; photographed from both sides; folded
and bagged loosely, then placed into a storage cupboard having cedar shingles
throughout the cupboard until sold.
There are videos and web-sites on line which
explain how wool items can be re-stretched to their proper shape or size (or
closer to) – as shrinkage happens when washed and dried.
