Fragrances are sold at different scent strengths which are based on the level of oil extract mixed with water and alcohol. The oil extract primarily determines the overall strength of the fragrance.
Fragrance levels are as follows:

• Parfum (PAR) : 15% - 30% oil extract (most expensive, lasts approx. 6 hours)
• Eau de Parfum (EDP) : 8% - 15% oil extract (lasts approx. 3 to 5 hours)
• Eau de Toilette (EDT) : 4% - 8% oil extract (lasts approx. 2 to 4 hours)
• Cologne ( COL ) : 3% - 5% oil extract (least expensive, lasts approx. 2 hours)

Fragrances belong to different fragrance families, as defined by perfumers. The major fragrance families are detailed below:

Floral: Notes of freshly cut flowers
Fruity: Notes of freshly cut fruit
Oriental: Notes of oriental resins, night-blooming flowers, musks and vanilla
Woody: Notes of warm, dry/mossy woods
Fresh: Notes of citrus, water or green notes.
Fougere: Fragrances containing a blend of all fresh, woody, oriental and floral notes are defined as Fougere fragrances in our listings.

Please note: Fragrances may belong to more than one of the six major fragrance families, eg: a fragrance containing a combination of dry woods and oriental resins would be described as a Woody/Oriental fragrance in our listings

From here, simply present your invoice, together with your cheque, money order, cash or giroPost withdrawal, to a counter officer at any post office and your payment is complete. We highly recommend provide your work address or an address were you will be present to receive your delivery as a signature is ALWAYS required. We DO NOT safe-drop or allow our parcels to be left without a signature for both security and insurance purposes.

If you require a delivery to a PO Box, your PO Box will be carded upon arrival and your parcel can be collected from your post office counter.

All goods are dispatched in compliance with Australia Post's Dangerous Goods Policies. Our contract with Australia Post legally permits us to send Class 3 Dangerous Goods (perfume & fragrance) by approved road transport only.

Express Delivery is also available via TNT EXPRESS Dangerous Goods Approved Service.

Please note that due to Dangerous Goods restrictions we do not ship internationally under any circumstances. Orders placed can only be sent to an Australian address.

Important note: Please be accurate when supplying delivery address details as Fresh Fragrance will not be liable for any charges associated with return and re-delivery charges, or be liable for any loss of products as a result of incorrect/insufficient delivery details.

At Fresh Fragrance, we guarantee a full money back refund or exchange subject to the following conditions:

• The goods must be in the same condition in which you have received them
• The goods must be unopened and unused/unsprayed
• The goods must be returned within 30 days of purchase
• The customer is liable for any delivery charges associated with a refund/exchange
• Please not we DO NOT refund/exchange for any issues associated with personal fragrance taste.

If you find a product to be defective once opened you will be provided with a full refund/exchange upon return and inspection. All defective items must be returned within 7 days, after which they will not be accepted.

For all returns, please contact us through ebay with your reason for return. From here, we will inform you of a return address and any refund details.
