Tutu has a crochet elastic waist.
The crochet waistband is super stretchy to allow for growth so no need to worry about fit as your little one grows.
Sizes: 2, 3, 4, and 5/6 will come with a Hair clip unless specified wanting a headband.

0-3 Months= 5"
3-6 Months= 6"
6-12 Months= 7"
12-24 Months= 8"
Size: 2 = 9"
Size: 3= 9.5"
Size: 4 = 10"
Size: 5/6 = 11"
It is important to note that the shorter a tutu is, the more the tulle will fluff out instead of hang down. This is especially true for the shorter tutus. The numeric length shown for the tutus is the tulle length used for the skirt, not necessarily how long the tutu actually is (since the tulle will fluff out).
