Ula+Lia yarns are all ethically and sustainably sourced and processed in Mongolia.  They are all from independent herders and mills that are members of a co-operative.

There is a limited collection of colors available, and all the yarns are dyed naturally.  The fiber content is either 100% Yak, Cashmere or Camel.

This company is the result of a vision of a young man who was part of the Peace Corp.  It was borne from his desire to raise up and develop the industry in Mongolia while promoting sustainability.  All fibers come from herds of small independent herders.

The finished goods are shipped to his parents in the US acting as his distributor.

Fingering weight skeins contain 430 yards of fiber, and DK skeins contain either 215 or 220 yards.

No gauge information is available at this time.

All prices include shipping.
