Graduated with honors from Western Washington University with a Degree in Fine Arts, and an Art History Minor.

Born in Vancouver, Washington, Bev lives there with her husband of 40 plus years. She has two daughters, and three grandchildren.

Societies: Signature Member: American Watercolor Society, National Watercolor Society, Transparent Watercolor Society, Watercolor West, Missouri Watercolor Society, Northwest Watercolor Society, Texas Watercolor Society, and more.

Has been the Juror for National watercolor shows, and she Teaches watercolor workshops throughout the US including the prestigious Scottsdale Art school, Kanuga, Dillmans, Cheap Joe’s and more. 

Achievement Highlights:

·    Free-lanced for numerous card companies, had two 12-month calendar of her paintings published, one by Landmark, and the other by Hallmark.

·    Featured Artist in numerous magazines, including Art Collector, International Artist magazine, North Light Magazine, American Artist, the Art of Watercolour and The Artist. Cover of Watercolor Art. Sept. 2017. The Palette Magazine-Cover 2019 Issue #70, and 12 page article.

·    American Artist “Watercolor” 8-page article and F&W’s Watercolor Magazine article on 5 artists vision for painting the figure. 

·    Lifetime achievement award for Who’s Who in American Artists.

·    Sits on the Advisory board of “American Watercolor weekly magazine” by North Light.
