The back is a Two Piece  30-40 years air cured and has a close curl and high

density growth.

The neck is also hand carved from a block of the same quality.

The Ribs are cut from the same wood.

The top is air cured Spruce 30-40 years and has a very close grain

with Bear Claw Curl.

This is a very sweet sounding violin with excellent projection and is very well balanced

across the strings and a pleasure to play.

Whoever plays this fine instrument will want to own it.

The fittings are all Fine Boxwood excluding the Tail Piece which is a hand carved 

from a piece of Snakewood .

I will only sell to a musician who has tried the instrument and is fully

satisfied with the quality of my work and the responsiveness of the violin.

The violin will be supplied with a case.

It is currently strung with Dominant medium and Gold E strings.
