Free UK delivery on all orders.

We use Royal Mail to deliver across the UK. Standard shipping takes 2-3 working days. If you order before 12 noon Monday to Friday, your order will be dispatched the same day and will be delivered on a working day. Please note that during the festive period (from 1st October until 1st February) we may need an extra day or two to get your order sent out to you.

Do you deliver outside the UK?
Currently, we only deliver to UK addresses, covered by Royal Mail’s standard delivery services.

Returning Unwanted, Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect items

All customers must return their unwanted items within 30 days of receiving the items. Items must be unused and unopened. Return postage to be paid by the customer. A tracked and signed for delivery is recommended. All customers must complete and insert a return slip when returning their items which should include the customer’s name, order number and reason for return. Without this our returns team will be unable to action any refund or replacement.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items received - Please inform us on receipt and we can arrange for a replacement, return or refund to be actioned. In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and we will issue either a full refund or replacement item.

Immediate payment via PayPal is required.
