Emperor: Battle for Dune Instruction Manual (2000, PrimaGames, Electronic Arts, Inc.) -  This manual has good cover reflectivity and all pages (which are white) are attached, and measures approx. 4 3/4" x 7".  It contains information about Keyboard Commands, Game Basics, Multiplayer and Skirmish Games and more.

The front cover has four spine stress lines, the biggest one approx. 1/2" (and a small stain next to it); the top right-hand corner has an approx. 1/8" crease; the back cover has a series of creases at the bottom left-hand corner, the largest approx. 1 1/2", the spine has several spine stress lines, the biggest approx. 1/4", the bottom right-hand corner has slight wear and color loss.
