This men's cycling jersey was made by Pearl Izumi. It features a half length front zipper and an elastic waistband. It has 3 back pockets with an elastic waistband. 

It is a men's size large.  When measured while laying flat it is 23" from armpit to armpit and 29" from the back of the neck to bottom hem.
