We use a variety of couriers and Australia Post. If you have a specific requirement for a certain carrier, please note us know immediately after purchase and we will try to accommodate. In some rare instances, an extra cost may apply.

Returns for change of mind or incorrect choice are available on most items, however please note the cost of the original postage we incurred to send the item to you will be deducted from the refund, as we can't recover it from the couriers / Australia Post. This is usually in the vicinity of $10 - $15 but in some cases may be higher. Please check with us what the deduction will be before opening a return case. Even though ebay advertises many of our listings to you with "free postage", there is always a postage cost built in to the price because there are no carriers who transport goods for free. Customers are also responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
