This listing consists of brand-new replacements for three major components of the DS Lite system; the top screen (which is attached to the speakers), the bottom screen, and the digitizer. They are the same high-quality parts I’ve used for years to refurbish consoles and have proven their worth many times over.

When these components are damaged (even if they don’t look broken from the outside) several issues can arise, including seemingly unrelated erratic behavior in other parts of the system caused by damaged circuitry. Replacing the faulty component(s) can often fix these issues. It’s not always immediately intuitive to know which component is at fault, so below I have included a chart to clarify which symptoms indicate you need a replacement of each part, as well as some tips & instructions for installation. 

Each of these components have been thoroughly tested and packaged carefully, but they are still fragile electronics and there is always a chance something could get damaged in shipping.
