If you're not happy with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of receipt of item and we will issue a refund less shipping and processing fees upon our receipt of returned merchandise. Merchandise must be returned back to us (unworn/unused/unopened & with original tags&factory sealed) within 30 days for refund - return shipping at your own expense. We will not reimburse the return shipping, shipping fees are part of the convenience of online shopping. Any exchange, credit or refund will be for the original price paid, minus shipping & 20% handling/restocking fee. All returns will be processed within 30 days of our receipt in the order they were received. We will email you with notification when the return process has been completed. Items received for replacement which are unavailable will be refunded or exchanged without a restocking fee. All item measurement charts and specifications are to be used as an "approximation & guideline" only, all our items are brand new first quality. We are not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping process.
