It has an original product tag on the ear which says,
"MICKEY MOUSE / Copyright Walt Disney Prod.", and "Character / NOVELTY CO. / SOUTH NORWALK, CONN." Character Novelty Co., South Norwalk, CT. Circa 1940.
It's definitely an old Disney Mickey Mouse, over 80 years old I bought it in a New Orlends Antique Store 10 years ago.
