Vanity Fair (January 2009, Conde Nast) #581 - This issue's cover sure does present a striking pose by Tina Fey, Saturday Night Live veteran, with the U.S. flag back drop.  The cover also has a fold-in Louis Vuitton advertisement.

This cover, which has retained nice reflectivity, and all pages, which are white, are firmly attached.  The front cover has wear and color loss at all the corners, and some color loss in various places on the spine; the back cover also has some wear and rounding at all the corners, the bottom left-hand corner has an approx. 1/8" crease, the spine has some color loss in various places.
