Rest assured that this nightshirt is a solid colour, and there are no blotches as shown in the photos. My camera seems to have created blotches where there are none!

This is actually a men's long nightshirt, but would be perfect for women too! It would make a great summer dress with its discrete embroidery decoration.

 

This is made from light cotton fabric. Three buttons on the chest up to the throat. Shirt collar.

Long sleeves. Pocket on the chest. Back tail is longer than the front.

Rounded hem and side splits.

Dyed a saturated navy/ dark slate blue almost black colour . It has more interest than a flat black colour

I have different dyed nightdresses and chore dresses on other listings, but this is my only one of this nightshirt style.

Underarm across 23" or 59cm. 

Length shoulder to hem 40 at front 42" at back " or 102-107cm

Condition: In great vintage condition. Light cotton nightshirt dyed navy/slate blue black. 2 staple? holes on the back hem
