The Queen's Platinum Jubilee banknote '70'  is a tribute banknote dedicated to the 70th anniversary of HM Queen Elizabeth’s accession to the throne. This edition was printed on September 2022 8
th and intended to be released in October 2022 to mark the closing months of the jubilee year. 

The banknote bears several security features. Britannia, with trident and lion, a symbol of the British Isles, is security printed onto each note. The Heraldic beasts of the four nations of the United Kingdom are printed in ultraviolet inks. Quotations made by HM Queen Elizabeth and by The Duke of Edinburgh also feature in these notes.

Each banknote is one of a kind because it has a unique serial number.
